These grafts are made of porcine dermis, with the cells removed, which provided a "scaffolding" for your body to build it's own tissue and vascularize. This procedure, which is usually performed in conjunction with girth enlargement, uses the same type of grafts. Permacol grafts are placed under the base of the head of the penis, called the coronal ridge. There are many blood vessels and nerves in the penis head, which present some limitations to what can safely be achieved, but gains of 10-15% in the girth of the coronal ridge can be expected from this procedure.
