The HGH didnt help me after six months use and my PSA went up so I ditched it. Risks greater than rewards. That's part of why I got aggressive with surgery, it was the same time frame during which I was doing manual PE, just didnt get anywhere during that time (Dec to May).

Hey Rooster, thanks for the videos. Kind of interesting to SEE the Max vac, its almost the same as The Grip. However, the sheathing system of the Max Vac appears superior to begin with and then your added sealing techniques look foolproof. I have had some near disastrous "slip offs" at work due to inadequate seals, and I overdo the pressure (up to 25) to try to ensure that it stays on. I guess with both systems the sheaths get loose with use and you need to replace them fairly often.
I still think there is room for improvement in the equipment used to apply pressure for ADS, silicone tubing, bungee, retractible steel wire...all have limitations imho. I've got some ideas of my own. Maybe I'll invent something.

I've always used an extender, as I find it hard to dedicate a couple of hours doing weight hanging.

After reading numerous posts in different sites I'm arriving at the conclusion that weight hanging achieves superior results for length gains.

Have you tried both? What is your opinion?

Thanks.

trx850: I've never used an extender, but you don't HAVE TO hang to get superior results. Though I do hang these days, I was making great gains MERELY ADSing with my MaX-Vac. I still ADS--SD, SO, and BTC--more than I hang weights. There are some amazing, stealthy, effective hanging substitutes you can do with your MaX-Vac. There's also easy setups (such as my under-the-desk pulley rig) that enables you to read/write/type/draw/surf the net, etc. while you hang weights. You don't have to devote minutes/hours to nothing-but-hanging. You can stretch/hang virtually all day WHILE DOING EVERYTHING else that's part of your day. (Granted, you can't fuck when you're hooked up to weights/MaX-Vac ADS setups, but you can have sex between sets if your partner wants or if your PE exercising has you desperate to whack it off.) MyNewSize Forum has SO much info if you look for it that you can find or piece together a PE routine for virtually any size dick and any sort of lifestyle. Good hanging, man. ~RoosterChalleng

                                      MNS Newbies/MV Hangers,

While the setup pictured above works, there is a MUCH less cumbersome and more stealthy setup. Today, I'm hanging BTC--still using the homemade "super-sheaths" inside my MaX-Vac chamber--connecting the MaX-Vac to the belt with a replacement band for a slingshot. NO tubing, NO over the shoulder anything, NO tying in the front, NO girdle/brace, etc. Just the MaX-Vac, the band, and the belt. Compression shorts/boxer briefs/briefs/Speedo/thong--ANY of the above is sufficient to hold in the MV-valve piece and hide the SINGLE knot in the back. The ends of the band and the belt can simply be tucked into the belt and concealed beneath the undergarment of your choice. NOTE: Boxers/freeballing is NOT advised while using this setup. As mentioned above, the valve/tube on the MV sticks straight out in back and looks like you've got something sticking out of your ass. Good hanging, gents.
Nope, have not done any PE in months now. I'm pretty much "retired". Been bodybuilding, and working/living. I'm turning over the reigns per se to other men now. RoosterChallenge is doing a great job with his videos, and he's very enthusiastic about his ADS setup. Basically he's taken some of my ideas, and put a better spin on them. That's what I was hoping for. Someone to come along, and keep the information going, and moving FORWARD. I hope more men continue to actively pursue things like clamping, ADS, weights, etc, and share their experiences, and knowledge they gain with others.

Make sure you have an up to date computer, high speed internet. Then, open this page. You should see either a 'still shot' of the video, or a black box in place of the video. Right click on the video box, and select "Play". That simple.

Thanks for saying hi and letting me know that someone is actually giving this a look.

Tomorrow's the big day! Six weeks post surgery! Its a very exciting time for me, let me tell you. Dr.K said I should wait another week and a half before having an erection and then another 3 or so before having sex. He's a very cautious doctor, as any good one should be. I've followed his protocol step by step so far, its gone great, and I don't plan on deviating now. Lets just say I'm may not encourage erections at this point, but I'm not going to care about them if they happen either.

I'm going to go out and celebrate the big day tomorrow, but the next day I'll be back here to report what's taken place in the last week. I've got plenty to tell you about, some interesting things to report, some great and some not as good (but not a big deal).

I'm headed to the gym today for the first real time in six weeks. I'm looking forward to getting back into that. Wish me luck.

I'll post again on Friday!

PE--"Penis Enlargement" (i.e., NON-SURGICAL Penis Enlargement). Best thing you can do to get a bigger cock, dooxoor, is purchase a MaX-Vac II Hanger, make yourself some of the "super sheaths" I talk about at http://www.mynewsize.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4952&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15 , work your way up to longer sets of hanging with the MaX-Vac, and ONLY then hang greater weights. A bunch of beginner information is available at the Newbie Station, and check out the MV Hanger's Forum to find out everything you need to get started with the MaX-Vac. Best of luck, man. Good to have you in the forum. ~RoosterChalleng
